Hey, I'm a final year student who'll be joining a tier 2 CRM Consulting firm. I really aspire to work/ maybe live a life that a consultant does. Haven't had much clarity before getting placed but now I really want to learn and grow, all I can think of is becoming a part of MBB, Big 4 too. Don't have good enough internship experience not even amazing grades in college and high school. But I'm dedicated to work hard & smart to reach my goal;get into good B school & then land a job as a Consultant.

I am starting out to learn data analytics, can anyone share what all resources(youtube channels, books, udemy/Coursera course etc...) did you like while you were preparing?

I am currently in Wipro having CTC as 7.8 LPA.. I have got an offer from TCS which is 11LPA.However, my Basic Pay/Fixed compensation is getting reduced from my current base pay in the new offer and also the HRA is getting reduced. The HR is telling that the basic is fixed as per policy and they cannot change it. The base pay is less but there are several other components which are higher. Should I take up the new offer? Please help. Will the reduction in base pay impact my career?
