I see all these flashy TikTok videos where people with no experience got Project Manager positions and make six figures just to eat, shop, and have 2 meetings a day. I know there has to be way more to such an interesting position. Can any of you give me any insight into what a PM's day-to-day is like a Google?

If you’re at a small creative agency that mostly does project work, does that mean you’re perpetually pitching?

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company

Ah! A recruiter emailed me saying they saw I applied for a role as a referred candidate, and they are “sharing my resume with the recruiter supporting this role for further review.” Is this a good sign? I’m surprised a recruiter reached out about my application who isn’t the recruiter for the job. Trying to moderate my hope if it’s not actually that promising?

One competing offer (that is lower) and only MBB promotion to Engagement manager in a few months as leverage point. Hi all - I’m currently in GBO sales and got an offer for a role in the GBO company plan. I’ll be the same level (5) and location (NYC) but my total compensation will be $20k lower with the company plan. Is this common? Has anyone been able to negotiate comp when switching teams within Google?

Has anyone at Google relocated from San Francisco to a lower cost of living city (Denver, Atlanta, Austin, Miami, etc.) ? If so, how much lower was your salary after readjustments?

I’ve applied to 3 program manager roles with google and even though I feel I’m over qualified, I’m not getting any interviews or even a screening call from a recruiter. I got NTD for 2/3 already.
