I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.

I would suggest to go for full fleged, if you are really interested in MBA. You can improve your knowledge only by taking to people from different streams wxpressing thier views l,ideas. In online you wont get that exposure. You wont be able to build network or circle,i think which is must for a managemnt grade. It will be degree with just a name sake.i think companies also wont consider it when you apply for a role with that degree.
Did executive mba from IIM Calcutta. The learning was good , so was the exposure. But didn't do any good in my career. If I look at it like that it was a waste of money. But, I wanted to do MBA always but didn't have the financial to do it full time. So I am glad that I did it. But logically it didn't help me at all
Appreciate the honest feedback!

See program manager Sir,what you're saying may be true.but it is your perspective.I have seen so many mba guys.No doubt they're good students. But all of them are from the families of PSU officers, retd army officers, business men or other well to do families.Their family were capable enough to repay the loan in case of any mishap. Don't know how can a family take the risk of taking a loan of 25-30 lakh whose net worth is 20 lakh.
Regarding 2 year mba,one can easily opt for top tier 1 colleges till one has completed 4 years.there are many profiles of experience 4-5 years who are studying in FMS. Similar profiles can be found in other Colleges also.
You are talking about 1 year mba from IIM A,B and C.Average age of batch is 31-32 there. Profiles having 5-10 years experience can be found in 1 year mba courses from other prestigious colleges. In these cases, role change within same org or line of work is possible only. And all informations Regarding batch profiles are public.
Pursuing higher studies is not for money only.Yes,someone can bag 20 lpa offer without mba.but the question is whether someone wants to make a long term career and some positive impact to the society. That's where master degree can bring some value.
There is no point in arguing. Mba is not a rocket science that one need to have some special competency to advise someone regarding it.You and me are both free to express our views.

This is not exMBA. BiTS will give you certificate as MBA and they claim its full time. But since it's WILP you need approval from your current org and a mentor from your org.
It's 2.4 lakh and good to add something to your name.
If you want mba do full time. If you want consultancy role, look for similar opportunity in your current assignment and grow. Mba over weekends will not help you learn or provide sufficient opportunities.
Do you want to pursue MBA along with your present job ?
Yes
