Is it mandatory to take staycation (PwC Firm wide holiday) ?
What if I don't want to take these holidays?
I have joined PwC in December itself. I am currently on bench. Anyway I'm having holidays. But If I take these leaves, they will be deducted from next year EL balance.

Can someone tell me the Shift allowance and weekend allowance in Netcracker Technology?

What happens to remaining paid leaves and sick leaves after year end, that is 31st Dec. Do they lapse or get added to next year's leaves or is it compensated?

How does a person change their mindset to be more positive? I feel like I’m meant for my job, but blame all my life problems on it….having no energy, being single at the age of 30, etc. and it seems like a never ending loop. I look for new jobs, realize I have a good job then am ok for a bit then start it all over again. When I’m off of work I’m fine and realize I have it pretty good. Only real negative is I can’t vacation with my family in March due to my busy time.

Just had a very uncomfortable conversation with a partner. I have some time off booked to go to my brother’s wedding (I’m the best man). Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.

How is Infosys Consulting as an organization? I heard that it is different than its other entities (Infosys BPM, Infosys Ltd, etc.) and is doing good with projects and quality of work. They are offering a decent 60% hike on CTC basis for Sr. Consultant role. Is it a good move to move from Cognizant Consulting to Infosys Consulting?
