For US,
Base: ~210-220k
Annual Bonus: ~16% - 50%+
Signing bonus: not sure but maybe ~20k (depending on the interviews and how much the team wants you)
To my understanding, base is always firm and standard across the board as we are on a cohort system so I am not aware of a scenario where there would be a “special” base for external hires that isn’t also given to internal folks at the same level. One way we could potentially do this is if we added M2B or M2C, like we do at the SA level, to have more flexibility on base comp, but again it’d be the same for internals as externals. I’m not sure if we technically have an M2B currently or not. I think sign on is where there would be more variability depending on your experience, how you did in interviews, how in demand the role is, etc.
