I interviewed with Boeing for the position of Associate Software Engineer L2. There were two engineering managers for behavioural discussion and the discussions were mostly one-sided. They were not interested in answering about their business unit’s deliverables, employee burnout protection strategies etc.
Anyways, I haven’t heard back from them (1 week since discussion) How long did HR take in your case to let you know the interview outcome? Should I still expect the HR to get back?

Currently on H1B and waiting for an offer from EY. Does EY kick start with green card process quickly in special cases. HR said normally it is 1 yr but he has to check with legal team. More inside..
