I have received an offer from Latoken. Everything is good, just have 2 concern points :

a) The salary will be paid in USDT which when converted will have 30% tax in India per the recent budget guideline.

b) Not coming from the tech background, so I am not sure about the underlying technology Latoken uses and its use case.

Can any tech guy, help me.understand and guide as to how should be my thought process and approach towards this offer ??

Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears. I have a high quality office chair and try to use my desk in standing mode at least once a day and wear good trainers for feet support. But the lower back pain is a killer. The hostility on my team is rough. We have a yeller. I walked by her room the other day. She was screaming across the room at a student, "you have to be kind to get kindness." Seriously, those were her words in a loud, berating, angry tone. Our admin has asked that we not report these. We are to talk to the teacher. She has yelled at me and other adults. Admin has to know she treats the kids this way too. One teacher has to work with her door closed to not hear the yelling all day.
