I currently have 2 offers both for Data Engineer role, could you suggest which would be a good move to make for better work life balance and for future prospects?

1. Accenture: 20 fixed + 27% variable (had client interviews for the "SKY" UK based project), I'm hesitant to ask for compensation review.

2. IBM: 21.5 fixed + 10% variable.

How long is too long to try to push back a start date? Getting a formal offer early next week but trying to keep that big law bonus if possible. Firm pays out bonuses Dec 30 & I have a vacation scheduled Dec 19-23 (and was planning on working remotely the week after too). Ideally want to get EOY bonus or negotiate for a signing bonus but is it too much to push for signing bonus and those weeks off? I'm open to working remotely those two weeks but know that may not be the best when I start.

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher.
