Hi all - How are US MBAs perceived in Australia? Does Stanford GSB carry any cachet in Australian business circles?

Context: Dual citizen here who hasn’t lived in Australia since I was very young but my family is thinking about moving back. Was accepted to Stanford GSB and now doing some deep thinking about how all the pieces fit together.

Applied for the MIT Sloan MBA/Harvard MPP dual and got into Sloan. Would this significantly increase my chances of getting into the MPP?

Working as an analyst in Energy Practice assisting case teams with renewables, utilities, O&G, digital strategy. Net experience 2 years! Want to go for higher studies.

Should I
1. Go for technical masters? (if yes, do recommended some good courses)
2. Wait to gain enough experience for a MBA in US/EU

Will an MBA set me apart? I have a BS in Marketing from top 15 undergraduate business program with a 3.8 gpa, 2 years work experience (3 by the time I’d enroll), and scored in the 63rd percentile on the gmat. I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
