How is work culture, projects, wlb, yearly hikes at mindtree. 2. What is the salary bracket for this position at mindtree how much can I negotiate further.

I had joined Harman on 3rd Oct at 27lpa(25.11 fixed + 1.88 var). I was tagged to MBRDI(Mercedes) proj & I gave 3 interviews for same. But now I'm told that I'm being dropped from the Mercedes account as there was a skill set mismatch. I was hired as scrum master but the expectations from client are either should've have dev exp or springboot microservices knowledge. Not sure how do I go about this situation. I'd dropped some higher ctc offers for joining Mercedes Benz at Harman. Kindly advise.
