I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? I see people with multiple offers (5+ in multiple occasions)....A lot of deserving people should have been kept on hold or rejected because of those offer hoarding individuals.

But honestly i don't blame them for this.... It's becoming a culture these days and i also believe that those IT companies deserve this last minute dropout....Their rude HR don't even care to pick up calls or update a candidate and leave them hanging in most of the times.
