1. Spark (Practical and Fundamentals) & optimization techniques in Spark.
2. Learning Azure Databricks through Ramesh Retnasamy's Udemy Course.
3. Others in-progress: Airflow, CI/CD, Github, 2 Med Level Projects
4. Thinking of avoiding Streaming concepts for now.
Am I on the right track? What else to consider? How much compensation can I expect during switch?

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range.
