Hi all, I am graduating in April and currently working with the talent coordinator to be placed in a team within the CFO Group in Toronto. I will be joining at GG-08 level and would like to know what salary should I be asking for.

The generic offer for GG-09 was 60K with no negotiation but I have been promised that I will be joining at GG-08.

Also is there room for negotiation with your salary?

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

I have two accepted offers with PwC next summer and would love to do both if the dates don't overlap (internship and a Masters fellowship).
