Got a masters & bsc in economics; another masters in business analytics; have appeared for 2 levels of CFA exams; and gained extensive experience in data science in my current job. I won the CFA research challenge 2020 championship in San Diego too. And my H1B work visa got picked too.

Need an advice. I am confused between doing masters or learn tech stack and increase experience and salary.
*My primary goal is to earn more.*
If masters I have to do in US or UK, so GRE, GMAT.
If for learning and tech experience I can learn tech stacks.
But I am confused between this.
