Managing attorneys in small firms - how much do you make?

I'm in South Florida. Currently a 6 year associate at a small firm (~12 attorneys, 55 staff). Making a move towards Managing Attorney position that they are considering hiring from outside the firm for. I'm going to make the case that they should promote from within and give me the position. Have you ever been racially discriminated against in a personal healthcare situation/not at work? While you were ill or in the hospital? Recently I got a call from my Manager and HR that I got nominated for PGDM program from SIBM Pune.
There is a clause of total 3 years ( 2 Yr PGDM + 1 Yr Extra).

Company is promising a good career progression after MBA.

Right now, I am working as a Consultant and have 3.6+ Yrs of experience in Oracle CX domain, CTC 8LPA. Started my career as an Analyst (A4) in this company only.

Let me know if I should go ahead with MBA or change the firm.

Guys, need opinions and views on cybersecurity and risk consulting businesses of WITCH vs BIG4 firms. Just to specify I am not considering the other product based businesses of WITCH since thats not relevant for me. I am a cyber risk consultant and want to know what I would be getting into if I join one of these.

A few points which I thought about. BIG4 has better brand recognition. WITCH may offer higher learning in core cyber technologies.

During HR round in Accenture, we have agreed on 8.1 LPA as fixed but after document upload I got a call from different HR and he is offering less package than before around 6.78 LPA but after some discussion I have to agree on 7.5 LPA.
