I had two interview rounds with Infosys and both went well. My years of experience were clearly mentioned in my resume and discussed during the interview. After waiting for almost a month, when I called then HR informed me that my profile was closed because it was underqualified for the role. I’m unsure why this wasn’t identified earlier during the process. On infosys portal still my profile showing in progress.

What is the average salary for a controller data analyst role in industry?

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. What are my chances of finding a role with another company that'll let me work in BI/data analytics and build up my skill at the same time? Been thinking of leaving ACN.

Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. Based off of Glassdoor, my salary matches Texas’s exactly and SF has the same role at 10k more. Should I show him the Glassdoor page? Don’t want to come off too strong. Please advise

Have you ever been told off by an older attorney of color? We have one Black partner at our firm and in conversation with him this morning he told me I should work on sounding and looking "more professional" and not let my "tone" or "bad attitude" get in the way. I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

I have got an offer from juniper for notice period of 2 months but my company notice period is 3 months. Initially HR confirmed via mail that revised offer letter will be shared post confirming doj. But now after 1 month juniper HR is not picking call/not responding to emails.
Can they revoke the offer?

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
