I have 3.5 yrs of experience and got 3 offers. Got 100% hike from New companies as DevOps Engineer.

I'm confused between Cognizant and The Citco Group Limited as they both are providing same package. Although citco is providing joining bonus.

I wanna choose company which can help me to gain my skills in devOps & cloud and also there should be learnings and wlb along with good work culture.

Please help me to choose.

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.

Anyone has knowledge of EY structured finance group? WLB? Client base? Team culture? Exit opportunities?
