I got an offer from teksystems India for hpe client. My question is what will happen if someday HPE don't want us to work for them anymore or maybe project development ends...so will teksystems move us to different client within 2 month (as they say) or will they fire us?

Anyone familiar with Covid Supplemental Paid Sick Leave in CA? Does having planned time off nullify a full time employee’s ability to use the C19 sick leave if they become sick just prior to the planned time off? Hi Fishes, I got offer from IBM but the notice period during probation is mentioned as 90 days?
I heard it's 30 days in most of the cases and after completion of probation it's 90 days?
Can you please advise? Are there any special cases where it is 90 days during probation?
