But I recently switched from lotus to dot net and have given interviews but not got any offers yet. How can I negotiate with HCL HR to give me more than standard 30% increase from previous compensation? I have 16 YOE but HCL is offering around 25Lpa while I asked for 35Lpa. My cur CTC is 20Lpa. Also is it wise to switch back to Lotus from dot net? Salary & tech advice requested please...

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
