Quick one, Is it okay to always ask for time to collect thoughts before answering questions during case interviews or should we shoot from the hip? I stutter naturally so speaking without a bit of time to collect thoughts can be hard.

I spent abt $25 a client last year for gourmet chocolates and don't think I would do that again, think 4 out of 30 families even told me they received them. Anybody have gifts that were home runs?

Our company is considering offering 401K employer match. We are about 200 employees venture backed company. We have about 60% participation mostly the non HCEs and only some key employees contribute. We always pass top heavy test and wpassed the 2019 ADP/ACP test. We are aggressively hiring and project there will be increase in participation, particularly if we offer the match. Given this information would it make sense to continue with a traditional 401k plan or go with safe Harbor plan?

I have been offered from NTT data and a week ago they gave me a call to check if i can join early.. i said i am ok to join early if NTT is ready for buyout. So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Hi, i have been laid off by publicis sapient & my LWD was at 30dec, 2022. I got a job within 15 days and asked ps to prepone my LWD to 30nov, 2022. During the layoff meeting they said I will get salary till 30th dec, even of i leave early with bonus of 5% of my total compensation and leave encashment money also. With all this I am supposed to get approx 2 lakh. But I got 56k today. I am not sure if it is the F&f settlement or not. Can anyone help?
