I have Deloitte India offer in hand and cleared the Deloitte USI interview, I am supposed to complete PHT for Deloitte USI there is a question " Have you ever submitted an employment application to any Deloitte India' offices , it's affiliates, or related entities in last six months ?"I really want to join USI what to do in this situation? Can I discuss this with Deloitte USI recruiter ? If anyone was in the same situation as me what did you guys do ?

Current CTC is 33 lpa.

I have an offer from Accenture. They are paying CTC 48LPA, but fixed is 36.5lpa.i am having discussion with another company which is a small product based b2b company.

How much salary should I ask in this company considering my YoE. They are offering Senior PM role. What are the things I could negotiate in this company.

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. Although the team has asked me to invest some time in learning Java but I’m skeptical about all of this as the position is Data Engineer II so not sure how the expectations will change. Even if I invest time in learning Java I can be at a beginner level.
