Hi All, I have my promotion due in nagarro for the position of 3.3 Big data engineer. It is scheduled this Friday. Could someone from the organisation help me understanding what should i prepare for the discussion.

Reached theoretical financial freedom (4% of networth covers 120% of my yearly spending)
What should I do?
-Motivation to grind at BCG is not here anymore and honestly the experience here was underwhelming (~1y as a C, lateralled from other firm)
-Still too risky to open own lifestyle business
-Option to exit to industry for a few years at a 9-6 job?
-Option to do some side hustles?

Anything I should consider when making my decision? Any risks I haven't foreseen?

If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

Hi everyone, should a Java Spring backend developer (2.5 y.o.e) go for SAP Hybris? Hybris uses Spring Framework internally as I am told but I want to grow as a Java backend developer and want to work with microservices based projects. Hybris looks like a different ball game altogether. What should I do?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Can I leave Nagarro within one week of joining have received the laptop want to inform them before leaving.
