I got call back from Capgemini that my expected CTC has been met. HR told "I got approval from my seniors of your expected CTC. I am generating offer letter in the system. You will get the offer letter by today EOD or by Tomorrow" Is he fooling me or I will really get the offer letter? Capgemini

CTC offered: 21LPA fixed.

Need some inputs. My BU just went into a reorg which has benefitted me and I got a promise to a fast track promotion within 18 months of my joining. However, I’m passionate about a pm role and have got an offer for a rotation position. I’m not sure how to bring it up to my supervisor considering they made that promise only recently. How would you approach this situation

Does anyone know specifically comp numbers at AbbVie for grade 20-21 in a commercial role? I'm having trouble understanding specifically what comp would be at the level they are considering me for. Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?

Am I being underpaid? Should I look for opportunities?

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.
