Hi All, I started a new role and I hate it. I was presented a position that would allow me to grow in a new industry but the position I was brought in for has shifted my responsibilities several times. My leadership now wants me to support programs that I wasn't hired for. I have been with my company for going on 3 months, unfortunately I still feel lost and lack confidence to perform the job. My manager always cancels my 1:1 meetings and no one wants to properly train me. I would love advice ❤

What do I do?
Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
I have 2 yrs experience and it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team.

Considering having a hands an experience on 4-5 Projects with Internship Certificates, Is it possible to get an opportunity directly into a Data Scientist Role(NLP/ML)?

Or should i go and work as an Analyst first and then look for an opportunity at more adv role?

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there.
