I know a few like JPMorgan Chase Visa etc.

Are customer engineers allowed to work from a country other than US if needed for a few days ? I am planning to visit India for visa stamping and I won’t have much PTOs to take.

So
- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?

I have got into a frontend Project as a AEM UI Developer in my new company, and I will be switching from a react developer role.
About AEM I checked and found on net that it is a niche skill, so very less experienced developers are there. And job openings are also less, as compared to react. Please provide some information about it. Is it a good role? What will be it's future scope and demand, like let's say after two years of experience in AEM?
