I’m currently working in a DevOps support role, but I'm not happy with my job. I’m also pursuing a part-time MBA in Business Analysis. I'm confused about whether I should continue in DevOps, as I have 3 years of experience in this field, or transition to a Business Analyst role.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is the SPHR or PHR license necessary to pivot into human capital? I have a MBA from a Top 15 school. Any thoughts?

I'm at wits end guys. After spending the past 2 years producing and learning new skills in the gaming industry. I'm completely unable to find work.
I have 8+ years of experience as a full stack web developer with a strong set of design skills having begun my career in User Experience Design.
