Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Some things to help:
- Sunscreen, every day. Mineral if possible. I like Goop Mineral SPF
- To hydrate, try hyalauranic (idk how to spell it) acid. Put it on damp skin, then put moisturizer on after.
- If you’re skin is really dry, make sure you are exfoliating enough.
- I heard GlamGlow has a good hydrating mask
It’s tough to tell what could be causing the wrinkles. Ask a dermatologist. Try some intense hydration. It could also just be sun damage or aging and gravity over time. Hydration helps maintain elasticity of skin. Botox could possibly help, but you would have to get it done every few months.
Thanks so much! These are super helpful! I do make sure to put on sunscreen but will definitely try hyaluronic acid too!
Haven't been exfoliating so will try that too. I do get monthly facials that do exfoliate just don't do any of it outside that
Hi! Are you hydrating?!
Hi there! I will look at the ingredients to see if this is appropriate. In the meantime, do you wear spf during the day! One off suggestion would be to add a, c, e serum to your regimen. A helps with cell turnover, and c helps protect and heal new cells, e helps with absorption of c.
Both. If youre seeing wrinkles it’s probably because your have formed or are forming wrinkles there but when your skin is dry it makes it more visible. Thats why some skincare products say “reduce signs of aging” because they plump up areas (hydration) where there are wrinkles. Like an old deflated balloon- ad a little air(hydration) and the wrinkles are less visible but once it deflates (dehydrates) the wrinkles r in the same spots
Thanks so much! This helps
Any products that are good to add plumpness?
Def concentrate on hydration above all else. It's great that you're using a moisturizer, but consider adding in an essence/toner and serum as well. I'll link a couple of hydrating ones below. So wash face, essence, serum, then lock it in with the moisturizer. Do this for a month or so, give your skin a chance to soak it up and see how the wrinkles are at that point. Then, you can explore adding in actives such as Vitamin C, Retinol, etc. Also make sure you're drinking enough water and eating fruits/veggies with a high water content.
