I’d recommend the Wharton resume template

I’d say remove relevant coursework section and add in your bachelors instead.
Thank you for all of the input. I would respond individually but my account is new and I don’t have access to direct comment just yet

Leave off the server and bartender jobs, which won't be relevant. Also the description and grammar under "Project Manager" doesn't quite make sense. I would reword to clarify where this competition fits in and change the grammar around e.g. "to make sure they were understanding" to "to ensure compliance with rules" etc. - avoid passive voice and wordiness - be concise.
I agree with this. I would also not do all the colors. And maybe look up a standard format for resumes and change the formatting. Its a little hard to read.

This template is absolutely not it. Please use Wharton format
The two big things I see, besides what others already pointed out, are a large employment gap after 2019 and your experience doesn’t focus on quantifiable impacts.
1) Looks like you spent some of the time after 2019 as a PM in the ad club. Include that as experience. Also include your start year for your college since that’s applicable for you as a recent grad and helps clarify the employment gap.
2) On your experience section highlight quantifiable achievements. For example, rather than just saying you managed social media for two brands, highlight increases in their social engagement, online sales, etc. If you don’t know what those are you can make educated guesses as I would assume there had to be some communication around that.

Emphasise MBA into its own section to make it more stand out
Put PM job at top of experience
