Hi all, I've applied for the Finance Manager position at Exxon and have completed two rounds of video interviews—one in Jan and another in Mar. In April, I received a call regarding my availability for a third round, but we're in first week of May, I have yet to receive any updates. Is it common for Exxon to have such a lengthy gap between interviews? Additionally, I would appreciate any insights on the expected compensation package for a Finance Manager role, considering my 17 years of exp.

How important is campus design and office aesthetic, and general internal branding and experience to you when choosing a job? Probably for jobs outside of FAANG - more like when you're feeling out the place. To me it matters a lot in terms of experience of it but also because it tends to show how forward thinking the company is.

Applied here and interviewed (presumably to the final round) and didn’t end up with an offer, I think due to the specific experience I’ve had so far. I want to definitely try again in the future when I get more experience. Is there a specific grace period that is ideal? Would this look bad if I apply again since I’ve been rejected before?

How long did it take you to receive your first promotion? I have 3 years of work experience, currently at my 3rd agency, and third associate position. Four people on my brand team have been promoted (across levels and departments, but none in PM). I'm getting sick of being pumped up with empty praise if others are actually being rewarded with accolades.

Wavering between tired and happy. Finally getting my stamina back post covid. I've walked 10 miles in the past week. Pre covid I was walking between 2 and 4 miles a day. But I can tell I'm still not 100 percent. I'm so tired in the evenings. Hopefully that will fade the next couple of weeks.
