I joined @amdocs @Amdocs last year in oct , after 4 months management and HR asked me that management is doing the cost reduction and asked me to put the resignation. They gave me 30 days notice period without any severance or any help.i would request you all to consider this while joining Amdocs in future.

So I’ve been with a court for a while and honestly the pay sucks compared to what paralegals should be making… the benefits are great though and they match my retirement 100% now that I’m vested at 3 years.I have 4 kids and 1 is getting ready for college. I feel like the benefits are great but I’d rather make more now. I am a previous LEO for 4 years who switched to paralegal so I have my leo retirement. Paralegals here make $28 with no benefits what is a good compromise
