My coach informed me that project was not ready for promotion, I have 8 year exp with 20.5 fixed , joined Deloitte 2 years back when exp was 5.10 years
I gave interviews recently and got offer from Infosys : 24.5 fixed 4.3 variable (effectively around 26lpa)
ltimindtree: ctc 26 lpa fixed is around 23
should I drop papers and accept these offers now and try to look for more counter offers , or should I wait for may bonus from Deloitte, expecting hike of 7-8% in Deloitte..and then switch.

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.

I think it might be time for me to find a new job and pursue sobriety, but I don't feel like I'm a rock bottom which is the only time I've ever seen people really commit to it (my father). It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ?
