Hi all, need some advice.Currently at a Big 4 and have an offer for AM role from another Big 4 in the same field, £6.5k salary increase.Been here just under a year.Don’t hate my team but not fully enjoying it tbh. Would likely be 2% salary increase if I stayed so not much and the new role is above the (potential) new shorter UK ILR threshold, which will shorten my ILR timeline by 1–2 years compared to staying. Big downside is £3k visa cost repayment to current firm. What would you do?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

After your first job, how relevant is GPA. For context, I went to a school that is very well known for grade deflation (Deloitte had a “suggested” minimum of 3.2 here) and I studied statistics, a particularly rough major at the school. Long story short, GPA was between a 2.9 and 3.0. This wasn’t due to slacking and I’ve done well at Deloitte so far with plenty of experience to speak to. Would my GPA still block me from certain firms, like any of the MBB firms or a Tier 2 consulting firm?
