You got into Deloitte so that’s basically like getting into Harvard. Congrats 🎉 you’re a shoe-in anywhere tbh
I lol’ed at this but also my Harvard friends loves rubbing it in my face that they didn’t have to try to a 3.5 to a 4.0
I don’t think your gpa matters anymore, not until you apply to B-School, and even then it’s only 1 of many factors

2.7 UG here. Very few companies asked for it when interviewing for my second job (Deloitte). Would also like to add that I’ve gotten nothing but “Exceptional” in my ratings so don’t sweat that low GPA comparison crap. Just do you and be great wherever you go
After your first job, I think it’s all about YOE
Nobody cares about your GPA once you enter the workforce, I can promise you that.
3.04 UG GPA. Have worked at MS and now a SA at KPMG. No one cares. It’s not even on my resume

I don’t remember my GPA anymore 😂
Don’t think it matters. Had a GPA in the low 3s and got into McK as an experienced hire.
What school? If you went where I think you went, so did I and I’m fine so far.

How many YOE?

Yeah I graduated 2019 and my gpa is dead
Straight from undergrad
It was never relevant after college except for grad school
After my first job, the only time anyone asked about my GPA was as part of grad school application. Like yours, my undergrad curriculum (EE) was famous for grade deflation. Don't worry about it.
