I have 2 offers one if from Johnson Controls (Product based)

and other one is from Deloitte USI and compensation is almost same nothing major difference (1/1.5 lakh in fix)

Which one is good in terms of Growth , Exposure ,WLB I have heard that Deloitte USI has good projects with better learning curve whereas Johnson Controls has limited projects

Which one should I join ?

C2 level and they are offering me 12 LPA (Previous salary was 8.5 LPA)
1) Please could could you let me know the salary range for C2 in TCS
