I had 4 rounds with Epam. Got selected by client and had a call with HR on Salary discussion.
Still I haven't received offer letter yet. Initially it was pending with Epam and now HR is saying it's waiting for Project team approval. I need to put the papers but getting scared on the situation. HR is asking to join in 30-45 days.
Offer is good. CTC+ Bonus/ Notice Period buyout

Just want to know anyone faced similar situation?

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.
