I have 2 offers in hand 1 from tcs of 15 LPA and another from Optum of 18 LPA. Point is i have a small 8 month old kid. Due to this, i need a job which will be less hectic so that i can take care of her( i dont want to leave her to maid). So which will be a better option fr me.

HR discussion yet to happen.. In the meanwhile got another interview scheduled tomorrow frm TCS whose talent acquisition person told its a pan india location and any location can be provided...
