I have been working in Infosys last 4 years.
I have been put into bad projects where I didn't get good experience in any Technology.
Now I m trying to get job in another technology but getting rejected in all interviews.
Could any one tell me if you have gone through same and how to get job change or domain change..

I’ve been applying to jobs and I feel like my resume needs to be revamped. I’m 4 years post law school and I think I can cut down some of the education specific details etc and focus on the job experience more. Does anyone know of any websites that have good resume layout examples etc for lawyers?

Hey all! My organization is looking to hire an Account Manager/Director/Customer Success person that will be managing junior consulting resources with clients. They will be placing them with those clients and then managing them. Are there any roles like this out there in the ecosystem or that maybe some of you are currently in? What kind of job title do you have if you are in a role like this? This is a brand new role for us and uncharted territory haha

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

I have cracked 4 interview so posting genuine opinion here.

Is it normal for PPMD to jump around? I feel like I’ve met a few that have spent time as PPMD at different firms or have just recently joined EY from another Big 4/competitor.

Have a final round of interviews as a remote candidate for a team that mainly lives in NYC. Hiring manager said during first interview that my location / remote status doesn’t matter and he has no concerns with hiring remotely for the role. How do I sell myself as a remote candidate to the other 4 team members I am meeting, knowing they all are located in the same city?

Hi All. I have a good job offer but I'm wondering whether I should negotiate comp. I made it clear from the beginning what my target for base comp was which is ~$10K over the top of the posted salary range for the job. I also said that I was comfortable proceeding with the interview process despite the top of that range being lower (somewhat weakening my position for later I suppose). The offer is at the very top of the range. Bonus is 5% less than what I get in my current job. Negotiate?

I took a product management course this year and it felt really good and different from the day to day of Talent Acquisition but I couldn’t help but wonder if it was the wrong time for this considering the state of tech. Current SC with ~3YOE looking for a jump to tech. Just wrapped up interviews with AWS non-tech role slotted at L4. Current base is $115k. Can anyone provide insight into the band for L4 at AWS? Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking

I do institutional sales for an asset manager. Am graduating in the fall with an MBA from a top 40 school. Would like a designation but dont want to do the CFA.  Between the CAIA and CMT: which one is more applicable to asset management, and better status/recognition? appreciate any insight

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.

Hands on Skills in COBOL,DB2,JCL,VSAM

I have been looking for job change and when I speak to HR's with the expectations of around 25 LPA fixed( my current salary is 15 LPA)... Most of the companies are directly rejecting my profile saying budget issue...

But is it really more that i am asking for or is it because of the my skill set?

Jusr took 2nd practice exam for far on becker and got a 68, exam is next week... what should i be doing other than hammering mcqs?

1. Should I be expecting more for a 4+ years experienced Salesforce developer?
