I'm relocating to San Jose in the fall. Looking for a townhouse/condo with 3 bedrooms, preferably 3.5k/month or less.
I don't know anything about the bay area as I'm moving from the East coast. Looking for something close to work, easy access to parks (I have a toddler) and a safe area to walk around.
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Should I quit to my current manager(5th so far) or wait after mid year performance review, when a new boss will take over my team? I'm thinking on giving them 2 months notice period. I’ll start - I’m an advisor in Wealth Management with TC of $70k, 3 YOE and no side hustle. Among other things, rent just jumped from $2500 to $3700 for 2 bedroom and areas were looking at. I’d like to “make it” here but if it means switching career to make money I’d like to get an idea to make the right job change.

I have been a paralegal or legal assistant since 2010. I have worked for small and large firms and a TPA. I've worked in L&E, PI, and ID. Billing hours gave me nightmares. Right now I'm in a hybrid paralegal/LA position where I'm responsible for all of the docketing and supporting the managing partner and 1 associate and their 90+ ID caseload. I make a lot of mistakes everywhere I work. I feel so incompetent. Should I just abandon this career path?

My girlfriend just graduated undergrad with a political science major, minors in health policy management and general business, and a certificate in applied politics.
