My friend got an offer of 25LPA with remote work for a US company(Selerant) by consultant in india. His current CTC is 16LPA. And having 22 LPA offer in hand.
Does anyone have any opinions about the company and offer they are providing. Please suggest

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
