I am having offers from both SAP Labs and Deloitte usi.
SAP Labs is offering 11 LPA as fixed Joining Bonus 1.5l is there.
Deloitte usi is offering 13 LPA fixed .
Help me which one to choose.
I am having 2.2yoe tech stack would be SAP ABAP.

I think SAP Labs is offering less package comparing to big4 like Deloitte
Can anyone share what is the reason also ?

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Work a CTC of 30LPA, JL6, is it worth to go onsite like Canada or uk or Australia asking with a wife and kid?

Hi, how do I make sure that the AWS AutoPredict in the AWS Forecast module makes use of the RTS (Related Time Series)? I have a unique challenge right now in my class.
