I am in a very confused state right now. I have around 7 yrs of work experience now and want to pursue MBA. But my working hours are crazy and my work place is extremely toxic too (Cognizant technology).
I want to study on a regular basis as I am not so good with my quant but I am not able to due to the work pressure and my stupid manager. Is it okay to quit my job and just study for GMAT?Does a gap of few months raise eyebrows during interview process at ISB? I will do fellowships.

Anyone here broken into real estate private equity from big 4 consulting? What steps did you take to jump into RE PE? What gaps in knowledge did you have and how did you fill them? Outside of the knowledge gaps what other things do you think you needed in order to get into RE PE?

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. Is this cert worth it? Or should I try one of the more advanced ones ? The data analytics one for example but wasn’t sure if it would be difficult to get through as a beginner. Will it look good on my resume?

Have been working in b2b marketing, with role focused on content, field(events) and account based marketing. 4+ years of exp overall and 3 years in marketing. Academic credentials are good, top btech and b school. The catch is that I quit recently. Just couldn't stand it and was unable to manage time to look for jobs. Will i be able to get a job? What all can i do? Any tips, advice for me? Even referral would help, hahaha.

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. I’m struggling to find industry senior accounting roles that are offering much above 100K in the NYC market. Currently a S2 in audit in the B4, has this just been the norm recently or am I not looking for the right opportunities?
