Since covid started I’ve been working with a team of doctors and scientists to develop a self contained rapid antigen test. Trials run by the cdc and NY health and hospitals have shown it’s as reliable as a pcr test but results come back in 15 min. Have an offer for about 50% more than I currently make. During application process they made you give your target salary. The offer on the table is $10k over my initial number AND during interview process they talked about fast career ascention opportunities (6 months or less).
