I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. I am working with Big4 now and got an offer to work with Offshore Account Management team with HCL,does anyone know about this, what work they do and what are growth opportunities in this.

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

I recently joined EY-GDS but there was an ongoing interview process with my dream organization Microsoft.Thankfully I cracked that!
But now the problem is as I have already joined here , and resign and serve the 1 month notice and do everything legal, will there be chance to get blacklisted here in EY-GDS?
