I have received an offer from Wipro with CTC 23 LPA. It is Project-specific hiring. currently getting 16 LPA(Fixed) in IBM.

by the time of joining, I will have 7 years of experience.

1) How good is this offer?

2) What is the probation period in Wipro?

3) What will be in hand salary, currently getting around 106k-107k(5k shift allowance) in IBM.

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? Epf i am sure i need to give yes. But what do i need to give for Eps? I am aware that wipro contributed 8.33% of pf to eps. Can i transfer that too?
