Hi Fishes, Recently got offer from Salesforce as an Technical Salesforce Support Engineer. Can you please share what actually it is. I'm from java background YOE 2.

I'm confused which one have to choose one hand I'm holding LTI offer as Java developer.

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

I have over 5.5 YOE in Business Development, my designation is Business Development Manager. My CTC is 7 LPA + Variables. Now, looking for a change. How much can I expect in terms of annual salary? Please suggest!

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

I got my masters in water resource engineering where I was coding a decent amount for assignments and it has really stuck with me. I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

I want to exit to MBB but if that’s not a possibility what are the next best consulting firms? Looking for at least midsize firms (non-boutiques).
