Hi Community, I am looking for a job in Finance, any bank, non-bank financial industries, IT, etc. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in finance at Dublin City University and have recently defended a thesis focused on the impact of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors on corporate financial performance. I am expected to graduate in September 2024. I have 13 years of experience in a leading NBFC, and my last role was as senior Manager.

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I am in the process of finding administrative assistant interns from our local universities. In an effort to make my job opportunity appealing, I am asking everyone in this bowl about an appropriate job title. Is "Administrative Assistant" outdated or unappealing? I certainly don't want to mislead anyone on the job responsibilities, but I do want to avoid any potential negative stereotypes attached to that job title. Are there alternative titles that you find more appropriate for 2022?

I’m feeling really drained and frustrated with my current role. I like recruiting but it’s getting exhausting. What’s next for me after this? What roles can I look into that are less demanding but still pay well. For context I make around 76k right now and would like to increase that. Am I stuck in recruiting? I currently work for a big name firm. Do you have any company suggestions to look into where recruiting might not be as overwhelming and stressful where it won’t consume my life.

Honestly just looking to learn anything.
