Has anyone seen any unique places to find UX portfolios or post jobs other than the usual suspects?
Some UX Slack channels were doing well for a while but I definitely don’t see as much traction there. Meetups obviously came and went. Even the portfolio sites like Dribbble and Behance don’t seem that same.

I have completed "My Purpose" learning badge and to convert it to bronze I have submitted attested evidence as required but without screenshot of deliverables as I implemented learning into my life. It got rejected from BAT team for missing screenshots.
Next, I have submitted with some screenshots. It again got rejected saying inappropriate screenshots.

As I have heard that they ask their employees to connect to VDI from personal laptop and continue the work from that VDI.
My personal exp is not good while working through VDI as it is far slow.

I can speak fluently in any presentations or debates. But my words get struck in my mouth when it's time to reject anyone or anything.

Now comes the scenario where I have to reject the companies I don't wanna join.

I sent mail to all companies, big companies didn't even bother to call back. But one mid sized company HR keep on calling me and says I'm doing wrong and if I want he can counter my existing package or give me more than that.

What should I do

I passed my MBA Finance in 2016 and worked for 6 months at Tata Steel in accounts operational work.
Personal emergency got me bad at home which cost me more than 3 years gap and a pandemic take another 1 year.
I am really broke and bankrupt at the moment.
I really need a analyst or consultant job as I can still perform to the standards of the company as per my qualification supports me.
