Hi D folks, I have a final round with recruiter for salary negotiation as a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Cloud Strategy team. I was wondering if anyone knows what the salary bracket for Chicago location?? Just to get estimate idea. I did look at the Glassdoor but its unclear as per the latest market trend.

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

Has anyone received equity as contingency comp? I have a potential client with a founders dispute. He doesn’t have cash, and the other founder ripped him off and is now running the company.
