I’m almost 100% sure KPMG is hiring experienced associates and up.

Grant Thornton is hiring for experienced associates and all levels. If you can find a job post that fits your experience and location, I'd be happy to refer you.

NY. That is very high, maybe doable all-in with the bonus but seems more like a manager level salary or a lifetime senior. Again, this may be different with the market adjustments this year.

Alternatively, there is also an IT Risk position which focuses on IT audits and internal audits in advisory that may also be relevant to your experience. That group does not do external it audit work.

Happy to refer you if you would prefer that route instead of the recruiter.

Crowe is hiring in our risk/consulting practice. Lots of job recs out there. Great firm, top 10 recognition.

Deloitte question. I have always gotten a raise each year, the only question I ask is how much of a raise do I get. But I’m hearing from former Deloitte folks, it is naive to expect annual raises each year however small/big they are? And how does this play in Deloitte consulting vs advisory? Do one tend to withhold annual raises in base salary over the other, or is this just a deloitte culture thing? Looking at exit opportunities all over. So lmk! I’d Rather get a small raise than none at all.

Been in a regional public accounting firm - risk advisory/internal audit for 4ish years now. I like the work but the pay is terrible. I see seniors making a whole lot more than me. Feel like I'm overworked and massively underpaid. Thinking of switching jobs, but still debating on whether to stay in public accounting or move to industry. Any advice/thoughts?

Leaving public has been the best decision I ever made. Lol wanted to say that for a while and looking back at my time in industry I’ve learned so much more than at PwC, and had way more opportunities to grow than in public.
