I was getting offer from another company in Mumbai with 50% hike but Accenture was offering a role change and disclosed that there is a hike already given 22%. However today they have put me on bench! What do I do now?!

Hey all, I'm approaching my 1yr anniversary in my current role, and I'm curious of what I should expect in terms of a raise.

I started at $57k base last year, with OTE of $70k

I received a small raise at the start of this year, along with a new comp plan so current numbers are $59k base and ~$80k OTE.

This role is in a life sciences vertical. SDRs in this vertical w/ a year of experience average 60-70k base.

I'd like to land at $65k, thoughts?

This summer I’m due for a promotion to senior in the transaction services practice at a consulting firm that’s a direct competitor to the Big 4. He joined again but the issue not sorted. Then HR said join the interview after 1hr and my friend joined and waited around 2hr but this time nobody here.

Law schools in Toronto - I am currently working as a Senior Auditor at EY & finished my CPA modules in less than 12 months & successfully passed CFE, September 2021 (Fasttrack) while working full time. 1: Grant Thornton Senior Consultant- role involves IA co-sourcing and outsourcing and occasionally some ERM work (risk assessment) etc. Clients in various industries except FS
2:PWC Senior Associate- role involves implementation of SOX controls for FS clients

Which role would you choose and which do you think has greater exit opportunities?
