Gurguram, Delhi, Bangalore property prices are too high. Cost of living is high too. Besides, these two places, what other place in India would you suggest? Few parameters that i think are - Top MNC's should be there, cost of living not that high, good infra, schools etc. Would love to see some logical thoughts here . Thanks !

I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9. I will join EY this June and just wondering if this is ok in terms of the independence rule. I guess the apartment will put my deposit in some sort of funds. Anyone with EY has experience? Reading the independence brochure, looks like it does not specify something related to this scenario but just wanted to confirm . TIA!
